Cláudio Álvaro is a passionate for nature and wildlife. He has a degree in Biology and holds a master in Ecology and Environmental Management. Through his professional career he has worked in environmental consulting and NGOs in Portugal and Mozambique, for projects in these two countries and Angola. Cláudio joined the team in 2016 and has played different roles, always with the focus on creating value for the clients and contributing to the conservation and sustainability of biodiversity and ecosystems at the same time. His main areas of work have been Commercial and Business Development Support, Environmental Impact Assessment, Biodiversity and Water Assessment and Monitoring, Land Use Planning and Biodiversity and Ecosystem Conservation.
Cláudio loves to meet new people and places, discover new cuisines, and outdoor activities and sports. He is an Open Water diver and has played and coached basketball since 2001.
